Terms of Service

By accessing or using Synter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Synter is an AI-powered product development workspace that generates specifications, roadmaps, task breakdowns, and code from natural language descriptions. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or use the Service in any way that could damage or impair it.

You retain ownership of all content you create using Synter, including product descriptions, specifications, roadmaps, tasks, and generated code. You grant Synter a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.

Synter uses third-party AI providers (via your own API keys) to generate specifications, plans, and code. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated output before use in production. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content.

You are responsible for your own AI provider API keys. Synter encrypts your API keys at rest and uses them only to process your requests. You are responsible for any costs incurred with your AI provider. Synter is not liable for charges from third-party AI providers.

Pro plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed on our pricing page. Prices are per seat. You may cancel at any time. Enterprise plans are subject to custom agreements. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export, after which it may be deleted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
